What Are Solutions?
Solutions are reusable quote templates that you can create once and use again and again. Think of a solution as a pre-built quote — complete with sections, items, pricing, highlights, and an architecture image — that your team can use as a starting point whenever they need to create a new quote.
Why use Solutions?
- Save time. Instead of building every quote from scratch, start from a template that already has your standard products, pricing, and structure.
- Stay consistent. Make sure every quote your team sends follows the same format and uses the correct pricing.
- Update once, use everywhere. When your pricing or product lineup changes, update the solution and all future quotes will start with the latest information.
How Solutions differ from Quotes
Solutions and quotes share the same editor and the same structure — sections, items, highlights, architecture images, and more. The key differences:

Where to find Solutions
Solutions live under Solutions in the sidebar. From there you can:
- View all your solutions in a grid or list.
- Create a new solution.
- Edit or delete existing solutions.
- Preview what a solution would look like as a finished quote.
