Architecture Image

The architecture section lets you include a visual diagram or image that shows how the system or solution is set up. This is especially useful for technical products or complex solutions where a visual overview helps the customer understand what they're getting.

Adding an image

You have two options:

Upload an image directly

  1. In the quote editor, scroll to the Architecture section.
  2. Click the image upload area and select a file from your computer.
  3. The image will appear in the architecture section of your quote.

Most image formats work — PNG, JPG, and SVG are recommended for best quality.

Choose from your Maps

If you've created architecture diagrams using the Maps feature, you can select one:

  1. Click Choose Map in the architecture section.
  2. A picker will open showing all the maps in your workspace.
  3. Select the one you want, and it will be inserted into the quote.

Using Maps is a great way to maintain a consistent set of diagrams across all your quotes.

Customizing the section

You can fine-tune how the architecture section appears:

OptionWhat it does
Section labelChange the heading above the image (default is "System Architecture").
NoteAdd a short description or caption below the heading.
Visibility toggleShow or hide the entire architecture section on the published quote.

How it looks to your customer

Your customer sees the architecture image displayed full-width with a label and optional note above it. They can click the image to open a zoomed-in view for a closer look at the details.
