Workspace Settings

Workspace Settings is where you manage your workspace's identity and configuration. Only workspace Owners have access to these settings.

Accessing settings

Click Settings in the sidebar to open the workspace settings page.

Workspace name

Your workspace name identifies your team. It appears in the sidebar and helps you distinguish between workspaces if you belong to more than one.

To change the name:

1. Click into the Name field.
2. Type the new name.
3. Your change saves automatically.

Workspace logo

Your logo appears in the sidebar and — most importantly — on every quote your team sends to customers. It's a key part of your professional branding.

To upload or update your logo:

1. Click on the logo area in the settings page.
2. Select an image file from your computer (PNG, JPG, or SVG).
3. The new logo appears immediately.

To remove the logo, hover over it and click the remove button.

TIP

Use a clean, high-resolution version of your company logo. Since it appears on customer-facing quotes and PDFs, it should look sharp and professional.

What else is in Settings

The Settings page also gives you access to:

• Custom Domain — use your own domain for quote share links.
• Plans & Billing — view your plan, manage your subscription, and upgrade.
