Downloading a PDF

Your customer can download a PDF copy of the quote directly from the quote viewer. The PDF is a polished, print-ready document that includes everything in the quote.

How your customer downloads a PDF

  1. While viewing the quote, your customer clicks the Download PDF button in the top-right corner.
  2. The PDF is generated and downloaded to their computer.

What's included in the PDF

The downloaded PDF includes:

  • The full quote header (title, subtitle, description, badge).
  • Your workspace logo.
  • Customer details ("Prepared for" section).
  • The architecture image (if included).
  • Highlights (if included).
  • All sections and line items with pricing.
  • Item details and images.
  • The totals breakdown by billing type.

Selections are reflected

If your customer has toggled any optional items on or off, the PDF reflects their current selections. This means the PDF they download is personalized to the options they've chosen, including updated totals.

Use cases

Customers typically download PDFs to:

  • Share internally — forward the proposal to decision-makers or colleagues for review.
  • Keep records — save a copy for their files.
  • Print — produce a hard copy for meetings or presentations.

Tips for quote creators

  • Make sure your quote looks polished before publishing, since the PDF is a direct reflection of the published quote.
  • If you update a published quote, the PDF will reflect the latest version the next time it's downloaded.
